Terms and conditions


Length of stay

The tenant signing this contract concluded for a fixed term will in no circumstances be able to claim any right to stay in the premises at the end of the stay.

Conclusion of the contract

The tenant could not formulate his request of reservation, only if he has attested to be in agreement with the conditions of the present contract consultable and printable via the site. The reservation becomes effective as soon as it has sent the owner a deposit, or 30% of the total amount of the rental. He is notified by email.

The lease concluded between the parties to this deed can not in any case benefit, even partially, to third natural or legal persons, without the written agreement of the owner.

The number of people stipulated in the special conditions must be respected. Any breach of the latter principle is likely to result in the immediate termination of the lease to the fault of the tenant, the proceeds of the lease remaining permanently acquired to the owner.

Cancellation of the stay

Any cancellation must be notified as soon as possible by one or other of the parties.

In case of cancellation by the tenant, the deposit remains acquired to the owner.

In case of cancellation by the owner, the latter gives the tenant double the deposit paid.

If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours of the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his property.


The tenant must appear on the specified day and at the time mentioned on this contract. In case of late or delayed arrival the tenant must notify the owner.

Inventory upon arrival

An inventory is established jointly on arrival and departure. The state of cleanliness of the premises will be recorded.
The latter undertakes to restore the premises in the same state of cleanliness that he found them.
The cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period.
The inventory is the only reference in case of conflict

Payment of the stay

It is done at the beginning of the stay.
At the price of the rental is added the tourist tax whose calculation and collection is the responsibility of the owner.

Security Deposit

Upon arrival of the tenant, a deposit (to cover the damage and / or damage to the housing and furniture and objects housing the housing caused by the Tenant, as well as the loss of keys or objects) corresponding to 20 % of the rental price will be requested by the owner.
This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, subject to a proper inventory when returning the keys.

Rental charges

Water, gas, electricity, tourist taxes are included in the total amount of the rent.
Sheets, towels and kitchen linen are provided, with the exception of pool towels.


The tenant is responsible for all the damages arising from his fact, he is obliged to be insured by a standard insurance contract for these different risks.

Use of the premises

The tenant must ensure the peacefulness of the rental and use it according to the destination of the place.
Parties are not allowed.
In the absence of restitution of the premises in perfect state of cleanliness, the taker undertakes to pay a sum of 50 € corresponding to the expenses of cleaning which the owner will be forced to realize.


The tenant must obtain the agreement of the owner to introduce any animal in the premises.

Swimming pool

The owner ensures the proper operation and cleaning of the pool as often as necessary. The tenant remains entirely responsible for a possible accident.
